Supporting Founders. Creating Pathways to Prosperity.

ENTREPRENEURSHIP TRAINING

Our “Ready, Set, Go” approach provides tailored education for startups and microbusinesses. Participants learn business planning, marketing, operations, and financial management while building community with other founders.

ACCELERATOR

This 10-week program prepares entrepreneurs for growth and funding opportunities. Participants receive mentorship, pitch preparation, and access to capital resources to scale their business ideas.

TECH TANK

The Tech Tank is JSCW’s innovation hub, where entrepreneurs and nonprofit leaders learn how to use technology to grow their businesses. Through hands-on training in AI, coding, web design, prototyping, analytics, and 3D modeling, participants gain real-world skills they can immediately apply to daily operations, marketing, and customer engagement.

The Tech Tank also powers MAKE608, our makerspace and prototyping lab. It’s a creative space where founders can design, test, and bring new ideas to life using 3D printers and digital tools — helping them compete and innovate in a technology-driven economy.

NONPROFIT TRAINING

Designed for emerging nonprofit leaders, this training covers structure, finance, board development, and strategic planning.
Participants gain the skills to manage programs and strengthen community impact.

FISCAL SPONSORSHIP

Once fully established as a 501(c)(3), JSCW will offer fiscal sponsorship to new and early-stage nonprofits that align with our mission.
This program will help founders focus on programming and fundraising while JSCW handles administrative oversight and compliance. With almost 7 years experience growing Rock County Jumpstart under the guidance of a fiscal sponsor, and then transitioning into an independent 501(c)(3), we have the experience to support new nonprofit founders through the same journey.
